Hello everbody marry christmas and a happy new year
Sinds yesterday my hex from 1996 has a big problem and i hope that i can get help from somebody.
When i start her back wheel starts spinning and want‘s to drive away i did not change anything.
So first of all i checked the gas lever cleaned it and put some grease in it, yet the problem is still there.
So opened the carter and removed the bell from the clutch the 3 shoe‘s are in the best of state.
there is no damage to be seen
So anybody what could it be?
I‘ll hope that it‘s nothing serios.

Hallo Nederländer.Kann Dein schreiben nicht entziffern,da ich kein engl.kann.Aber soviel habe ich kapiert,das Du mit dem Vergaser Deiner Hexe Probleme hast.Das Hauptproblem das zur zt einige Hexenbesitzer haben ist die derzeit Feucht kalte Luft die dem ansaugtrakt der Hexe probleme macht.Diese Nasskalte Luft setzt sich im Filter nieder,u.sperrt,(hemmt die ansaugluft des Motores).Deshalb unkontrollierter lauf des Motores.Aber nach reinigung des Vergasers mit ans.filter müßte der Roller wieder laufen. Soweit sogut .Unser Chef der Frank Le. der Englich sprechen u.lesen kann ,wird mich verbessern,wenn ich etwas falsches geschrieben habe . Habe nur in etwa Deinen Text definiert. Als wir in der schule Englichunterricht hatten ,blieb ich immer fern oder war Krank weil ich ja doch nichts verstanden habe. Danke Hexenschrauber She runs but (no problem there) when i let go of the gas she wants to go on
Der Vergaser und Luftfilter already (cleaned) gereinigt She still starts and runs but the backwheel
keeps running.
I‘ve to use the brake‘s to make a turn and hold them, in front of a traffic light i have to hold the brake‘s
I start her and she run‘s no gas needed until 40km.

Ich denke Du hat ein Problem mit der Kupplung. Vielleicht ist eine Feder gebrochen, darum löst diese nicht mehr und das Hinterrad dreht sich sofort nach dem anlassen.

Entweder eine Kupplungsfeder oder es ist eine Rolle in der Variomatik verklemmt. War bei mir mal so!
Open and check the variomatik, watch the rolls (weights) ; broken and square weights may lock/jam the variomatik.
Check the clutch and watch out for broken springs (3 springs outside located and one big in the middle)

Just came back from church i‘ll hope i‘ve time today because i need my hex to get work tomorrow.

Well i checked the vario nothing wrong with it replaced the grease.
I checked the clutch for broken springs 3 springs outside and the big one in the middle
nothing wrong with them.
I‘had to you‘se a lot of force to take it apart and even more force to put it togheter.
So What else could it be????

Hallo! Ist vielleicht die Leerlaufdrehzahl zu hoch? Wenn der Motor zu hoch dreht, ist die Fliehkraft groß genug um die Zugkraft der Federn zu überwinden und die Kupplungsbacken bewegen sich nach außen. Dadurch bewegt sich das Hinterrad.

No that wasn‘t it the electric choke was broken replaced it and cleaned Vergaser again.
the seal of the Ansaugstutzen gone the airbox rubber leaking,
Kugellagersatz mit Wellendichtringen für Kurbelwelle replaced these where almost gone.
And Riemenscheibe hinten replaced because it would break of sooner then later.
Total cost E275,--
Yet again IT‘S ALIVE AGAIN
